Terms and Conditions

What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to anyone who visits the Loading Dock Repair Hazleton website. We serve warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturers and other facilities in and around Hazleton, PA, and this site exists to explain what we do and how to reach us. By using the site, you agree to the terms on this page.

The Site Is for General Information

Our pages describe services such as dock levelers, overhead doors, vehicle restraints and preventative maintenance. That information is general. Every loading dock is different, and the right repair or piece of equipment depends on what we find at your facility.

Nothing on this site is a quote, a promise of a specific result or advice for your particular dock. We do our best to keep the content accurate and current, but we can't guarantee it is complete or error free.

Quotes and Job Details Happen by Phone

The phone is the only way to reach us. Pricing, scheduling and the scope of any job are worked out in conversation with us and confirmed directly with you before work begins. The terms of an actual job are whatever we agree on for that job, not anything implied by a web page.

Using the Site Fairly

Please use this site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt it, gain access to parts of it that aren't public or copy large portions of it for your own use. The text, layout and other content belong to us or are used with permission, so please ask before reusing them.

Limits on Our Responsibility

We provide this website as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on its content, from the site being unavailable or from problems with your device or connection. Safety decisions about your loading dock should be made with someone who has seen the equipment in person.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Updates and Questions

We may revise these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. If something on this page is unclear, give us a ring at (570) 754-9415 and we'll talk it through with you. You can also read our Privacy Policy to see how we handle the little information this site collects.
